A: First, you need to be a registed member of Tumpang. Click here to be a member immediately. As a registered member, all you have to do is log in and click on the "Post Item" button, follow the instructions that follow and your all set to start selling. You may edit this posting at anytime. Q: How Do I Tumpang An Item?

A: To Tumpang or buy on an item, simply click on the "T" icon. If you are already viewing the details on that item, click on the "Tumpang It!" button and follow the simple instructions to secure your booking for that item. Subsequently, a mail will be sent to your email address to invite you to be a bona fide registered member of Tumpang. You may opt to be, or not to be a registered member of Tumpang. But don’t forget, only registered Tumpang members get Toints and other benefits! Back

Q: When I Tumpang An Item, Is The Sale Finalised?

A: No, to "Tumpang" an item is to book, or to order it. For the sale to be finalised, there must be enough buyers to fulfill a seller’s "Quantity Needed" within his or her stipulated expire date. Only then, will be sale be finalised. Back

Q: How Do I Collect My Purchase When The Transaction Is Finalised?

A: Tumpang sellers and their respective buyers will receive an email to notify them when a sale is finalised. It is then their responsibility to contact all buyers via email, PM or by phone for matter of delivery of goods; including location of collection and payment terms. Back

Q: What If I Have Paid For A Tumpang Item But The Sale Is Not Finalised?

A: In the event that a "Quantity Needed" or a bulk is not achieved, the sale is deemed not successful or not finalised. Sellers are bound by our terms and conditions to return or refund all monies paid. Back

Q: What Happens If My Posted Item Is Past The Expiry Date Specified ?

A: Tumpang seller determine their own expiry date for items posted. When a posted item is past its expiry date, the item will be considered invalid, the sale deemed not successful and the transaction cancelled. It will then be removed from the Tumpang list and all buyers for that item will be notified by email. Sellers may opt to re-post the item but additional Toints will be charged from their accounts. So, do take precaution when setting the expiry date for an item. Back
